Peanut Butter Cookies
1/2 Cup softened margarine
1 Cup light brown sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon water
1 1/2 Cups flour
1/2 Teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of soda
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
Cream butter and sugar, add peanut butter while creaming in mixer. Add egg, vanilla and water, and mix well. Sift dry ingredients and add to butter mixture. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
